GI Adams has been building custom homes across Prince Edward Island since 1973, working out of our shop in Elmsdale. Summerside is the Island’s second-largest city, set on the shore of the Northumberland Strait in Prince County, roughly 70 km west of Charlottetown. Our shop is a short drive away, so coming out to walk a lot, meet on site and keep a build moving is part of our normal week. Being based in Elmsdale is no obstacle to building in and around the city.
